Peachay is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our small team and help us grow the brand 💌

I started Peachay after experiencing first-hand how hard it was to find jeans that fit a smaller waist and fuller hips, thighs and booty. What started as solving that one problem has grown into an amazing community of women who have spent years feeling like jeans just weren't made for their bodies.

You'll work closely with me, Bella, the founder of Peachay, across content, social media, launches, creators, email marketing, paid creative, shoots and pop-ups.

I'm looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion and social media, has a really strong creative eye, brings ideas to the table and is excited to take ownership of projects and help Peachay grow.

We're a small business, so no two weeks look exactly the same. This role is perfect for someone who likes being hands-on, wants to learn a lot and loves the idea of being involved in lots of different parts of a growing fashion brand.

What you'll be doing

Content & Creative

• Come up with creative ideas for Peachay across Instagram, TikTok, paid ads, email, website and launches
• Plan, film, edit and publish content
• Help plan content, campaign and e-commerce shoots
• Create moodboards, shot lists, outfits and content plans
• Help coordinate models, creators, photographers and locations
• Help direct models and creators so we're capturing the content we actually need
• Brief and manage UGC creators
• Turn existing campaign, customer, pop-up and UGC footage into new content
• Keep across fashion, social and advertising trends and find ways to make them feel distinctly Peachay
• Review what's performing and use those learnings to create better content

Marketing & Growth

• Help plan and execute campaigns for launches, restocks and key Peachay moments
• Coordinate marketing across social, email, website, creators and paid media
• Help develop new Meta ad concepts and creative tests
• Turn customer pain points, product benefits, reviews and real experiences into strong marketing ideas
• Keep campaign assets and launch timelines organised
• Review performance and look for opportunities to grow awareness, traffic and sales
• Assist with website merchandising and campaign updates where needed

Email, SMS, Influencer & Community

• Plan, build and schedule Peachay email and SMS campaigns/flows
• Write on-brand email copy and choose imagery
• Help improve our automated email flows
• Manage influencer and creator gifting, outreach and collaborations
• Build relationships with creators, stylists, talent and potential brand partners
• Help with PR opportunities and product requests
• Find creative ways to bring Peachay customer stories, reviews and fitting experiences into our marketing

Pop-Ups & Brand Activations

• Help plan and coordinate Peachay pop-ups and other events
• Assist with venues, equipment, signage, staffing and logistics
• Coordinate content and marketing in the lead-up to events
• Be hands-on with setup, event days and pack-down where required
• Capture customer reactions, fittings and behind-the-scenes content

As we're a small team, there will occasionally be other day-to-day things around the office or admin that we'll all jump in and help with too.

There may also occasionally be weekend work or interstate travel for pop-ups, shoots and other Peachay events.

About You

You don't need to tick every single box.

More than anything, we're looking for someone who:

• Genuinely loves fashion, social media and creating content
• Has a great creative eye and understands what makes content feel current and cool
• Is confident filming, editing and appearing in videos.
• Is comfortable directing creators, models or talent
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Can take ownership of something rather than waiting to be told every next step
• Has lots of ideas and isn't afraid to share them
• Is excited by the idea of joining a small, growing brand and getting involved across lots of different areas. Who'll bring great energy and great vibes! x

Experience across content, social media or marketing is ideal, particularly within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce. If your starting out this could be any projects you have done or your own socials!

Bonus Points

• Experience with Meta Ads creative
• Shopify experience
• Klaviyo experience
• Experience coordinating fashion or e-commerce shoots
• Experience briefing and managing UGC creators
• Previous experience working for a fashion or DTC brand
