Ordering and Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to addresses in Australia.
If you live overseas, we charge $20 AUD for shipping. Please keep in mind any tax/duties that will apply in your country.
When will my order be sent?
We aim to ship as quickly as possible, but during busy times it can take 1–3 business days after your size is confirmed. If we don’t hear back within 5 days, we’ll send your order as-is xx
Where do you ship your orders from?
We work with a warehouse in Melbourne that sends out our orders
The address I entered was incorrect?
Please message us straight away to avoid the package leaving the warehouse with the wrong address. If it's already been processed, you can ask Australia Post for it to be redirected.
We can not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and will not reimburse you for the order or shipping costs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been packed, we can usually make changes!
Just reply to your confirmation email or reach out to us at hello@peachay.com as soon as you can.
If we don’t hear back within 5 days of sending your size confirmation email, your order will be sent out as-is.
Tax and duties for international orders
If you are ordering outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at the destination country. These can be costly, so please check what they are for your country before ordering.
These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the parcel without prior payment for these fees.
Peachay cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.
I received a faulty or incorrect item
We're so sorry about that! Please email us at hello@peachay.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We’ll help out as quickly as we can!

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, United Kingdom, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Norway
Do you guys have a store?
We don’t have a store or stockists at the moment, but we do host pop-ups in Sydney most months! Keep an eye on our Instagram and make sure you’re signed up to our emails — we’ll always let you know when the next one’s coming up 💘
Returns and Exchanges
Does Peachay cover the cost of returns?
At the moment, we don't cover the cost of sending back items for a refund or exchange.
How do I exchange my order?
We offer exchanges for items that are in their original condition as you received them - unworn, unaltered, not washed and have the tags attached. To start your exchange, please email us letting us know that you would like to exchange. Exchanges must be initiated (by emailing us) and placed in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been past 14 days, we may not provide you with an exchange and will return your items to you.
If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a refund and/or store credit in accordance with our return policy.

How do I send back my items for a refund?
You may return your order for a refund (excluding any postage fees) if your items are in their original condition (as you received them, unworn, unaltered, not washed and have the tags attached). To start your return, please email us your order number, what you're returning and reason for your return (so we know how to improve!). Returns must be initiated (by emailing) and placed in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been past 14 days, we may not provide you with a refund and will return the goods to you.
Tip: Always take a photo of your tracking receipt on your phone as soon as you send the package. It's super easy to loose the paper receipt!

Try Before You Buy
What do I pay upfront?
You’ll be charged an $80 deposit per item when you place your order. If you return one item and keep the other, your deposit from the return will go toward the balance of the one you’re keeping. If you return everything, we’ll refund your deposit. We charge a $15 restocking fee if any items are returned, this just helps us be able to run this service for you guys.
Is this available outside Australia?
At the moment Try Before You Buy is currently only available within Australia.
Can I try more than 2 items?
At the moment, Try Before You Buy is limited to 2 items per order.
Our Sizing
Can you please explain how your sizing works?
Our sizing is quite different to other brands because we design our pieces for women with a smaller waist, bigger booty and thighs. We keep the waistband small and add more room for our booty and thighs. Since we have a mix of sizes in the one jean, it didn't make sense to us to label them a number - also who wants to be labeled a number?! So we decided to use flowers because they are much nicer! All you need to do is check our fit guide. If you need help, please reach out to us and we are more than happy to help!

How our gift cards work
Things to know
- Our digital Gift Cards can be purchased here on our website and will be sent to you via email.
- Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed on our online store and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
- Gift cards can be used to buy Peachay products (excluding gift cards)
- Please note that in the case that the product bought with a gift card doesn't fit. If the product is returned, the money will go back onto the gift card (not given as cash).
- Gift cards can not be converted into cash
How to use your gift card
- To use your gift card, you need to enter your unique code you received when you bought the gift card (check your email) into the gift card field at check out.
