How should denim fit when you first try them on?
Your denim should have a firm fit as it will stretch overtime with wear.
I just tried my items on and they don't fit quite right, what should I do?
We want you to love the fit of your garments, so there are a few options:
1. If you're trying on denim and they are a bit tight, they will loosen after wear. So you do what to get a more firm fit to begin with. Consider if they stretch out a bit, will they be a better fit.
2. Try on your items at a different time of day. Our bodies change throughout the day!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Does it cost me anything to exchange?
We cover the cost of sending the new item to you. You just need to cover the cost of sending the item you want to exchange back to us.
Does Peachay cover the cost of returns?
At the moment, we don't cover the cost of sending back items for a refund or exchange.
How do I exchange my order?
We offer exchanges for items that are in their original condition as you received them - unworn, unaltered, not washed and have the tags attached. To start your exchange, please email us letting us know that you would like to exchange. Exchanges must be initiated (by submitting the form) and placed in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been past 14 days, we may not provide you with an exchange and will return your items to you.
If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a refund and/or store credit in accordance with our return policy.

How do I send back my items for a refund?
You may return your order for a refund (excluding any postage fees) if your items are in their original condition (as you received them, unworn, unaltered, not washed and have the tags attached). To start your return, please email us your order number, what you're returning and reason for your return (so we know how to improve!). Returns must be initiated (by emailing) and placed in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been past 14 days, we may not provide you with a refund and will return the goods to you.
Tip: Always take a photo of your tracking receipt on your phone as soon as you send the package. It's super easy to loose the paper receipt!
