Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Our orders are dispatched from Melbourne, so depending on where you live, delivery times will vary. In general, if your order is going to Melbourne it can take around 2-5 business days to arrive. If you live in metro area of another state it can take around 3-6 working days to arrive. These time frames are just estimates from Australia Post which are subject to change.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is free to all orders in Australia. There is a $20 flat rate for all overseas orders

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! It's $20 flat rate for all overseas orders

International tax and duties

For all overseas order please be aware of any import charges your country has. We do not cover the cost of any taxes or charges incurred when the goods arrive into your country.

Exchanges

How do I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange your fit we can definitely do that for you if the item you would like to swap for is in stock.  To process your exchange, your items must be in their original condition (as you received them, unworn, not washed and have the tags attached). Exchanges must be initiated (by emailing us that you will exchanging your order) and placed in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been past 14 days, we may not provide you with an exchange and will return your items to you. 

If your item/s are in their original condition and you would like to exchange, please send us an email at returns@peachay.com and we will give you instructions on how to exchange. 

Please make sure you keep your tracking receipt in the event that something happens to your parcel in transit so you can track it down. 

When will my exchange be sent out?

Once the warehouse has received your order, it can take 1-3 days before they send out your exchange. If you don't receive a tracking number, please email us at hello@peachay.com and we can send it out to you.

Do you cover the cost of my exchange?

We don't cover the cost of sending back items for an exchange. We do cover the cost to send out your new pair for your exchange.

Returns

What's your return policy?

You may return your order for a refund (excluding any postage fees) if your items are in their original condition (as you received them, unworn, not washed and have the tags attached). Returns must be initiated (by emailing us that you will returning your order) and placed in the post within 14 days of receiving your order. If it has been past 14 days, we may not provide you with a refund and will return the goods to you.
