 We ship Australia wide and also internationally. Shipping for AU orders are free and International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. 

Returns

We know that buying pants online is pretty difficult, especially getting the sizing right. So if your pants arrive and they don't fit like you expected, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. If we receive your order passed 30 days, we sadly might not be able to offer you a refund.

We have a just few rules when it comes to returning our Peachay Jeans. Since they will find a new place to call home after you return them, your item/s must be unused with the tags attached, unwashed and in the same beautiful condition that you received it.  

If you've decided that you would like to return an item, please email us at hello@peachay.com. In your email please include the following three things

  1. Your order number: You can find this on your order confirmation email

  2. What item/s you are returning: Just the name of the item/s

  3. Why you are returning the item/s: This is optional, we would love honest feedback so we can make our pants even better! 

We will then send you a return slip for you to print and include in the package you send back us. Please make sure you add the slip in your return, because that's the only way we know the return is yours!

So what next?

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item/s. If everything is in good condition, your refund will be processed and it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This process may take a few days, if you still haven't received the refund after 14 days, please contact us at hello@peachay.com.

Unfortunately we don't cover the shipping cost for returns at the moment, but is definitely something we are looking into! We recommend using trackable shipping or if you are really worried to purchase shipping insurance, just to make sure your package gets to us safe and sound. This is because we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item as these services aren’t in our control.
