Shipping

Free shipping anywhere in Australia. There is an option for express shipping for an extra cost if you would like the jeans delivered quicker. However, if you do pick the express option and need to return the jeans, this shipping fee isn't refundable.

- Australia 

- America (shipping price will be displayed at the checkout)

Exchanges

If you receive an item that isn't quite right for you in terms of sizing, you can return that item and then place a new order for the new size you would like to try.

Returns

We know that buying clothes online is pretty difficult, especially getting the sizing right. If your items arrive and they don't fit like you expected, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. If we receive your order past 30 days, we might not be able to offer you a refund.

Steps to receive your refund

1. Make sure that your item/s are unused with the tags attached, unwashed and in the same beautiful condition that you received it. They will find a new place to call home after you return them, so it's important that they are in perfect condition. If we receive your order and it looks worn or the tag isn't attached, we might not be able to offer you a refund.

2. Send us an email at hello@peachay.com to let us know that you will be returning the jeans. Please include your order number (this is in your order confirmation email) and a reason why you are returning them (this helps us improve the jeans).

3. We will provide you with the return address. It's really important that you include the following inside your return:

  • Your full name
  • Order number ( you can find this on your order confirmation email). If you can't find it, please ask us and we can let you know what it is.
  • Reason for return
  • That you would like to request for a refund 
So, what next?

Once your return is received and checked, you will receive an email to let you know that we've processed your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. This process may take a few days, if you still haven't received the refund after 14 days, please contact us at hello@peachay.com.

Unfortunately we don't cover the shipping cost for returns at the moment. We always recommend using trackable shipping or if you are really worried, to purchase shipping insurance, just to make sure your package gets to us safe and sound. This is because we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item as these services aren’t in our control.
