Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free word wide!

I don't cover the cost of returns, so you'll be covering the cost if you need to return something. So sorry about that, it just becomes too expensive for me.


Some exciting news for the day, shipping is free for all orders (in Australia and internationally). 


I know that buying pants online is pretty difficult, especially getting the sizing right. So if your pants arrive and they don't fit like you expected, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. If I receive your order past 30 days, I sadly might not be able to offer you a refund.

Here are the steps to getting your refund! 

1. Make sure that your item/s are unused with the tags attached, unwashed and in the same beautiful condition that you received it.They will find a new place to call home after you return them so this is important.

2. Send me an email at to let me know that you will be retuning the jeans. Please include your order number (this is in your order confirmation email) and a little reason why you are returning them. 

3. Since we all know printing return slips is so annoying, all you have to do is write your order number on a piece of scrap paper and pop it in the bag you send back. Just so I know that it has come from you.

Tip (orders from Australia only): If you are sending one pair back use the pre- paid 1kg bag. It's usually the cheapest option costing you $11.55. If you're sending back 2 or 3 pairs, use the up to 3kg bag, it costs $14.55. I'm not sure the costs if you send back internationally, it will be much more than within Australia, so please have a look before ordering. 

So what next?

Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to let you know that I have received your returned item/s. If everything is in good condition, your refund will be processed and it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This process may take a few days, if you still haven't received the refund after 14 days, please contact us at

Unfortunately I don't cover the shipping cost for returns at the moment. I recommend using trackable shipping or if you are really worried to purchase shipping insurance, just to make sure your package gets to us safe and sound. This is because I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item as these services aren’t in our control. I know that was a mood crusher, but I just need to let you know these things.
